This show with assistant to the consul Reena Gabutero Gallardo-Johnson talking about the passport renewal that is to occur at the consulate on 3-4 August, is packed with information and updates about the services of the Philippine Consulate in Brisbane.
Reena also explains the importance of having dual citizenship for Filipino Australians. In the interview, Reena manages to answer a sensitive and difficult question on the animosity that is happening within the Filipino Communities in Queensland at present.
In the show, also, is a Griffith University Honours student who is to embark on creating a documentary film on challenging the stereotypes of mail order-brides from the Southeast Asian region.
